Het redden van mensen, landen gewoon jij en ik ons thuis jou veiligheid onze onbezorgdheid. Degene die dit deden, waren vreemden onbekende gewoon een passant, zei deden dit voor ons. De held het onbekende het lijden de pijn de dood het verdriet , echt alles of totaal niets. De zee de lucht of gewoon over land met duizenden kwamen ze voor jou voor mij voor ons, wie waren ze. Ineens zomaar waarom zomaar, er was onderdrukking terreur verdriet, angst dood en verderf. Waarom gingen ze? Was het avontuur een roeping gewoon zo nog niks wetend wat hun te wachten stond of toch, diep van binnen die kreet. Die kreet van gerechtigheid vrijheid het voor elkaar opkomen. Die hand op je schouder van ik ben er, ik ga het doen, je beschermen je helpen je bevrijden. Verlos jou, mij van bezetting angst terreur de dood. Hij die onbekende die passant hij onbekend van leeftijd of geslacht zij of hij deden het! Ze gaven veel, heel veel , en vele gaven alles maar dan ook echt alles.
Herdenk ze, ze zijn de helden. Onze helden !!!
